It is the Bill of Entry number from your customs declaration. Where a shipment has been cleared through customs we link that number to your consignment, so you can track by BOE or by the tracking number we issue.
Per load or per lane, quoted up front from the vehicle type, distance, weight and any special handling the cargo needs. The rate you accept is the rate you pay, with no charges added after delivery.
Part loads are priced on the space and weight you actually use. Send us the pallet dimensions, the weight and the collection and delivery points and we will come back with a figure.

Yes. All loads are covered by cargo insurance while in transit, and cargo is secured to suit the load by experienced drivers.
Yes, on flatbed, step-deck or lowbed trailers. For loads that need them we arrange the securing, the route permits and escort vehicles in-house rather than passing you to a third party.
Report it to your coordinator as soon as it is found, with the delivery note and photos. All loads are covered by cargo insurance while in transit, and we open the claim and keep you updated until it is settled.
